产品特点 Product feature
1. C型单柱设计，机身整体铸造，经过高温时效处理，刚性好，变形量小。

2. 采用PLC控制，在屏幕上任意设定动作速度、压力、时间、下压位置精度高，可靠性能好。

3. 配有液压系统传感器和压力传感器，显示实际压力，可设置压力检测范围，检测压装的产品是否合格，产品在压装过程中超压和欠压都会自动报警并停机。

4. 全油压系统，压力大，工作性能稳定，压力精度高、调节范围大。

5. 安全设计，采用全自动操作和双手操作，设有急停及上下点动功能。

6. 主轴下行时具有快进和增压工进两种速度，快进提高工作效率：增压工进速度可任意调节，提高产品压装质量，保护模具和产品。
